1926-2020
Odila LeBlanc, 93, of Résidence O Bon Soins, Shediac and formerly
of Renauds Mill, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at
the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton on Monday August 24, 2020. She
was married to the late Yvon LeBlanc (1993). Born in Bouctouche, she
was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Mélina (Caissie)
LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her three children; Claude (Anna),
Carmella Brooks (Glenn) of Moncton, Eugene (Eva) of Renauds Mill, six
grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She also leaves to
mourn one daughter-in-law Susan LeBlanc of Riverview, two sisters
Laura LeBlanc of Leominster, Mass. and Yvonnisse Bourque (Alonzo) of
Grande-Digue, a special friend Denis Richard, as well as several
nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one daughter Giselle (2018), one son Charles
(2012), one grandson Justin (2005), one son-in-law Roméo Goguen
(1992), three sisters: Irène, Bessie, Itha and four brothers:
Arthur, Léonard, Willie and Donald.
Due to the pandemic, a private funeral Mass will be celebrated at the
Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Antoine at a
later date. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
