Obituary for
Norman Bourassa
BOURASSA, Norman
It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Friday, April 24, 2020 at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of Laurette (née Paquin) Bourassa. Son of the late Joseph and late Gabrielle (née Jodouin) Bourassa. Loving father of Stéphane (Rae Ann) and Carole Perreault (Roch). Dear brother of Georgette Lafortune, Fernande Lépine (late Gérald), Colette Leblanc (Marcel), Marcel (late Colette), Hélène Desrosiers (Gaston), Mariette Perron (Marcel), Denise Marcotte (late Antoine), Béatrice Perron (René) and Gérald (Danielle). Predeceased by his sister Thérèse Blier (late Pierre). Cherished grandfather of Amélie, Abiguèle and Caleb. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Norm, also known by “Machine Norm” was a pipefitter Local 800, dedicated hard-working individual that never complained. He was proud of his children, grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Due to current restrictions on social gatherings a celebration of Norm’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made by cheque or online to Northern Cancer Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Hanmer.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Norman
