Norman Wolfe
Peacefully, following a courageous battle and having been surrounded by family, on Sunday, November 1, 2020, in his ninety-fifth year. Norman leaves behind an incredible legacy of love and admiration amongst those who were privileged to have him in their lives. Beloved husband and soulmate of Laurrel Klein for sixty-nine years. Adored father and father-in-law of Michael and Linda, Anthony and Risa, and the late Dana. Cherished Grandpa of Amanda, Hailey, Russell and Molly. Pre-deceased by his loving little sister Roslyn (Buddy), who would proudly proclaim “that’s my big brother!” He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews Susan (Toan), Laurence (Judy), Lisa (Howard), David (Claire) and Cheryl, and their families. Norman holds a special place in the heart of his cousin Kenny (Cynthia) to whom he was a revered mentor, business partner and best friend. Proud son of the late Harry Wolfe and the late Dorothy Cohn. Norman will be remembered by extended family and his many friends as a warm-hearted, playful man of incredible charm, wit and wisdom. The family wishes to extend its heartfelt thanks to the numerous doctors, nurses and caregivers for their warmth, compassion and care over the past many years. A private graveside service will take place. Contributions in his memory may be made to the “Laurrel and Norman Wolfe Fund” c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation (514) 340-8251 (www.jghfoundation.org), or to the charity of your choice.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Norman Wolfe 2020..
