Peacefully, at Pembroke on Friday September 11, 2020 at age of 84 years. Norman Lawrence of Petawawa, beloved husband of Marion Lawrence (nee Desmond). Loved father of Norma Domey, Ottawa, Glenn Lawrence (Rosemary), Carp, Marium Page (David), and Sheldon Lawrence (Mary), Toronto and the late Lynn Labreche (late Reg). Loving grandfather to Jordan, Charmaine, Natalie, Trevor, Megan and great grandchildren Carter, Amaya, Michaëlla and Ellies. Dear brother of Douglas Lawrence and his children nephew Cecil, and predeceased by sisters and brothers Essie Lawrence, Everett Lawrence, Helen Lawrence, Deacon Howard Lawrence, Dora Mae Dorrington, Vera Gibson and Ida Lawrence. Norman will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke. DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS OF the COVID-19 MANDATES, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT ANY GIVEN TIME – FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND VISITATION, FUNERAL SERVICE and CEMETERY. Please feel free to bring your own face mask or one will be supplied to you at the Funeral Home. (Please call the funeral home at 613-735-5711 if you wish to attend the Funeral.) Interment All Saints Cemetery, Petawawa. In memory of Norman donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
