Nic passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020 at the young age of 38.
Beloved son of Kathi Summerfeldt-Jones and David (Sandra) Jones. Cherished brother of Todd, Ashley (Cory) Jardine and Zach. Special uncle to Brett, Hannah, Abby, Teddy, Birdie and Ben. Nic will be remembered fondly by Erika and dearly missed by his aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his grannie Barb and granddad Don Summerfeldt. A private family visitation and service will be held at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes on Sunday, December 13, 2020. In remembrance of Nic, memorial donations to the Ottawa Humane Society would be appreciated.
