August 24, 1943 – January 31, 2020
Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit, L. A. Miller Centre, Neta Mildred March (nee Sooley) of Heart’s Delight, aged 76 years.
Predeceased by her parents, Clara and George Sooley; children, Robert Edward, Roberta Kimberly and George Harold March; brothers, Ivan and Morley Sooley.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories and to celebrate her life with thanksgiving, her loving brother, James (Marie) and devoted sister, Eleanor (Weldon); sisters-in-law, Phyllis Sooley and Beverley Sooley; as well as nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place.
Resting at Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo, times to be announced.
Inurnment to follow at a later date at Clarenville United Church Cemetery to be forever resting with her children.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers a donation in Neta’s memory may be made to the Janeway Children’s Hospital.
The family would like to thank Dr. Rorke, Dr. Essaji, staff and physicians at H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre Chemo unit and L.A. Miller Centre Palliative Care unit. Also Neta’s special friend Emma, as well as Betty Ann, Jean, Maxine, and neighbours with helping with Neta’s care. Thanks for all the phone calls, food, expressions of sympathy, and comfort during this time.
