SEEWALD, Nelly (Neeltje) nee Boomsma (May 27, 1935 – September 14, 2020) – with her husband and her four daughters by her side, at the Brantford General Hospital, Nelly was called to her heavenly home. Beloved wife of Klaus M. Seewald for over 43 years. Dearly loved Mom of Jayne & Peter Kuipers, Janette & Rob Wamsteeker, Barbara & Rick Charnuski and Rhonda & the late Rick Cutler. Adored Grandma of Mandy Kuipers & Hayden Jones, Justin & Julie Kuipers, Kevin & Natalie Kuipers, Emma Wamsteeker, Kate Wamsteeker & Ryan McCormack, Olivia & Cody Fridgen, Madeline & Mark Hockley, Tessa Neeltje Charnuski, Nathan Cutler, Lexa Cutler and Tina Cutler. Proud GG of 9 great grandchildren. She will be missed by her step-children Thomas Seewald & Lucie Boyle, Paul Seewald & sons Joshua and Alec. Cherished eldest sister of her 6 siblings and much loved Tante Nelly to her nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. Please be advised that masks or face coverings are mandatory and social distancing protocols will be in place. A private family service will take place on Friday, with interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Brantford Food Bank would be greatly appreciated.
