Obituary of Neil Edgar Pinkney
It is with profound sadness that we announce the Passing of Neil Pinkney at the age of 56 after complications from an aneurysm on Thursday, December 3, 2020. He was predeceased by his mother Jessie; father Willis; infant son John; and sister-in-law Jackie Niedermayer. Neil leaves to mourn his loving wife Judy; son Benjamin; sisters Sandy Vanstone (Terry) of Winnipeg, niece Megan, and Jill Krasilowez (George) of Medicine Hat, nephews Rob (Sabrina) and Marc (Lee) mother and father-in-Law, Jack and Nicky Niedermayer; and sisters-in-law Jill Martins (Tony) their children Theresa and Thomas of Fort St. John and Jan Marshall and sons Nicholas and Noah of Regina. Neil owned and operated his own business as a Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspector of which he was very proud. He was a great family man and everyone’s “Go to Guy!” There wasn’t anything Neil couldn’t fix. He will be dearly missed by many. I would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses in the SICU at the Regina General Hospital. At Neil’s request and Covid restrictions, there will be no funeral at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit, Regina General Hospital, 1440 – 14th Ave., Regina, SK, S4P 0W5 or a charity of your choice.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Neil

  1. Judy and Ben
My sincere condolences on the loss of your husband and father. I remember Neil coming to Ecole to show us your puppy because Ben wanted me to see her. I remember sitting with you all as we planned for Ben’s transition to high school and how excited I was to be going with him. Please take time to celebrate Neil’s life, enjoy your memories, and smile when you think of him. Ben, you are missed in our building and cannot wait for your return.

    Take care.
