Obituary of Nancy Elaine Jackson
Jackson: Nancy
Entered into rest at the Carveth Care Centre on Wednesday July 29, 2020 at
age of 68. Wife of Kenneth Jackson. Mother of Gloria Ann Pelehos (Tony), and
Donny Jackson (Lora). Grandmother of Nick, Aleasha, Zacary and Charlie
Pelehos, and Calvin, Kyle, Cody, Hayden and Keith Jackson. Predeceased
by her parents Wilhelmina and Donald Heaslip, brother Percy Ivan Heaslip
and by brother in law Archie MacMillan. Nancy will be sadly missed by her
siblings Gloria MacMillan, Sharon Moore (George), Tom (Cathie Dickson)
and Donna DeWolfe. She will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and
nephews. Nancy was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the
Gananoque Legion. She loved the casino slots, bingo, playing cards
and spending time with family. The family would like to send special
thanks to her nephew Dustin Moore for her previous care before entering
Carveth. Also, a sincere thanks to the team of caregivers within Carveth.
Donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Liver Foundation or to the
Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date once Covid-19
Restrictions are lifted.
