Just as quietly and peacefully as she lived her precious life our beautiful ANNUNCIATA (NANCY) PITTMAN slipped gently into the arms of Jesus at Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 at the age of 66.
Leaving to celebrate her lifetime of beautiful memories her fiancé, John Brown; loving son, Stephen (Tracey); devoted sister, Bridget Antle (Vince); sister in law, Rosemary Pittman; nieces and nephews, Dennis Antle, Lisa Baril (Jim Murphy), Karen Reid (Matt), Brian Antle (Jolene), Michael Edwards (Donna), Chad Pittman (Colleen) and Rev. Fr. Adam Pittman; great nieces and nephews, Jack, Ben, Kiera, Nora, Tyler, Jasmine, Coady, Hunter, Patrick and Ava Marie; special cousin, Mary Hodder as well as a large circle of relatives and friends.
The Pittman Family will accept visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes in Marystown. In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID 19, a walk through visitation will take place on Monday, October 19th from 1pm – 4pm and 6pm – 9pm; and Tuesday, October 20th, 2020 from 1pm – 4pm and 6pm – 9pm. A maximum of 20 people at any one time permitted.
Due to limited capacity because of the COVID–19 restrictions, a private Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Marystown on Wednesday, October 21st, 2020 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Marystown.
In Nancy’s memory donations may be made to The Burin Peninsula Health Care Foundation or flowers gratefully accepted.
