Nancy Hriskevich passed peacefully at Carewest Sarcee in Calgary on October 26, 2020 at the age of 96. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Ann Hriskevich, as well as her nieces and nephews. Born in Merkopal, Yugoslavia on March 30, 1924. She immigrated with her family to eastern Canada in 1954 and eventually married and settled in Calgary, Alberta. Nancy loved curling and gardening. She was a devoted wife and mother, and found joy in helping others. Nancy was a woman of deep faith who trusted in our Blessed Mother. Nancy belonged to the World Apostolate of Fatima. She also supported the Legion of Mary at St. Anthony’s Parish with the rosaries she most lovingly made. May Nancy REST IN PEACE in the comfort of the Lord’s Arms.
