Nancy Beverley Sneddon, age 85, of Stratford, passed away at Stratford General Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 24, 2020. Nancy was born in Toronto, daughter of the late Arthur and Eva (Leonard) Hallam. Predeceased by her true love and best friend of 59 years, Richard “Dick” Sneddon (January 2019). Proud mother of Susan Thomas, Colin (Shannon) Sneddon her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Nancy will be fondly remembered by her brother and sister-in-law Jack (Nancy) Hallam and Jane Slater along with her many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and her parents, Nancy was predeceased by a son Stephen Richard (1987) and a brother Donald Hallam, and a brother-in-law Alan Slater. In keeping with Nancy’s wishes cremation has taken place. A service with family and close friends to celebrate Nancy’s life will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford.
