NIX, Muriel Margaret (nee Campbell)-
Passed away at the Belleville General Hospital on Friday, January 24th, 2020 at the age of 95. Muriel Nix was the daughter of the late Charles Alexander Campbell and Muriel Ann Stevens. She is predeceased by her much loved husband Reginald Herman Nix, as well as her children Linda Claus and Shawn Avery. She will be forever loved by her son Steve Nix and daughter-in-law Christina of Stirling, as well as her cherished grandchildren April (David), Tara, Aaron (Mekenzie) and great grandchildren Sorren and Cora. Muriel is survived by her sister Alice New of Quebec, and predeceased by sister Betty McLaughlin.
The family would also like to thank the several nurses and staff at Quinte Gardens, and BGH Quinte 4 (Chronic Palliative Care) Floor for their exceptional care.
Visitation will be held at the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588) on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the chapel Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Brenda Timpson Officiating. Interment will be held in the spring at Belleville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to BGH Quinte 4 Chronic Palliative Care are appreciated by the family.
