We regret to announce the sudden passing of Russell Moore, who after a brief struggle with pneumonia passed away peacefully on January 13, of this year.
Born to Norman and Muriel Moore of Silver Creek in 1956, he became the middle child of a large family. Russell grew up in Silver Creek and remained in the small community for most of his life. Even though Russell had many challenges in his life, some that he overcame and some that he did not, he remained a much loved member of this family, helping out wherever and whenever he could.
He continues on his journey without his daughters Melissa (Dustin) and 2 grandchildren, Hailey and Payton and Darcy his youngest child. He also leaves behind his mother Muriel, brothers Harvey (Colleen), Ernie (Marlene), Calvin (Lorie), and his sister Glenda (Pete), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Russell was predeceased by his father Norman.
