On Wednesday night, November 18, 2020, surrounded by the people she loved and who loved her. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Stephen, Trudy and Ken Lester. Cherished grandmother of Allison Lester and Jared Curtis, Devin, Nick Lester and Molly Shehannon; Sebastian, Adrian and Alexander Garfinkle. Adored great-grandmother of Raya and Juni Curtis. Predeceased by her siblings, Harry, Bella, Tevye, and Saul. Miriam was one of a kind and will never be forgotten or replaced. Special thanks to Trevlyn Garcia and the exceptional staff at Lev Tov. A private graveside service will take place. Contributions in Miriam’s memory may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, (514) 393-3522. Mummy, you will always be “the cock of the North”.
