Obituary of Milton Blanchard

March 19, 1942 – January 12, 2020
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Milton Blanchard announce his passing on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the Corner Brook Western Memorial Hospital at the age of 77. He leaves to mourn with many fond and loving memories his children: Jeffrey (Glenda), Gregory (Evelyn), Melissa (Glynn), Lawrence (Kim), Jacqueline; grandchildren: Adam, Adrian, Jade, Rebecca, Patrick, Grant, Alex, Jack, Benjamin and Andrew; siblings: Walter, Ralph (Nancy), Marjorie, and Muriel (John); siblings-in-law: Rita, Emily, Shirley (Myron), Melissa (Rol), Theresa (Wayne), Vida (Bruce), and Ralph (Kim); many nieces, nephews with special mention to nephew Angus and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Georgina; grandson Timmy; parents Stewart and Alma Blanchard; parents-in-law Basil and Annie Crocker; siblings: Harold, Fred and Gilbert; siblings-in-law: Cedella, Lawrence, Mary, and Julia.
Visitation will be held at the Epiphany Anglican Church, Woody Point on Monday, January 13th from 7-9 pm and Tuesday, January 14th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Epiphany Anglican Church on Wednesday, January 15th at 2 pm with the Rev. Francis Elgar officiating. The interment will follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery. Flowers or donations to the to the Canadian Cancer Society may be made in Milton’s memory. The family guest book may be signed by visiting www.fillatre.ca
