La célébration de
Michelle Condillac
17 septembre 1957 –
24 mai 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce Michelle’s sudden passing on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital at the age of 62. Cherished daughter of Beryl and the late Garth Condillac. Adored sister of Vicki Schmitt (Chris) and Rosemary Condillac (David). Much loved aunt of Eric Schmitt (Kailey Ono), Andrew Schmitt (Ashley Tam), Ryan Schmitt (Kaitlyn Ortin), and Catherine Keldsen, and doting great aunt to Norah Schmitt. Michelle is reunited in heaven with her father and sisters Cindy (Jean Francois) & Cathy.
Michelle always considered it a privilege and a calling to be a nurse. She devoted 38 years of her life to caring for sick children and their families as a RN and spent many years teaching and mentoring nurses to provide quality care. She thanked God for making it possible for her to do this work.
Cremation arrangements entrusted to Turner and Porter Funeral Directors. The Rite of Christian Burial will take place with her immediate family in the days to come. A Celebration of her life will be planned for family, friends, and colleagues when we can join together safely to honour her.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michelle’s memory can be made to Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital through a special campaign in her name. The funds collected will be directed to the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team, on which she culminated her career. www.hollandbloorview.ca/Michelle

Death notice for the town of: Mississauga, Province: Ontario

My sincere sympathies to your family. I worked with Michelle at Holland Bloorview for many years. She was well respected for her caring approach and knowledge and skills she brought to the profession and to kids and families.
My sincerest sympathies to your family. I have many good memories of working with Michelle on Unit 1 and the BIRT unit at Holland Bloorview. We all so appreciated her assessment and critical thinking skills and it had such a positive impact on our patients and families. She also loved her family very much and often shared how she cherished them and the time she could spend with them.
