Michael Mike Hill August 29 2020

Obituary
Hill, Michael David (Mike)
Mike passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Hornepayne Community Hospital, at the age of 56. He is predeceased by his father David Hill. Michael will be deeply missed by his daughters Vanessa Hill, Jennifer Hill, and their mother Darnelle Hill, his sons David Hill and Todd Hill, his grandchildren Akija, Keiree, Everett, and Dakota-Lynn, his mother Carol Plume (nee Leishman) (Sam), and brother John Hill (Kelli).
Born in Toronto, a long-term resident of Hornepayne, Ontario. Mike worked his dream career as a locomotive engineer until he retired in 2007 due to Multiple Sclerosis, though his love of trains continued on.
He was a proud Gramps to his grandchildren and a proud father to his kids. His dry sense of humour, love for heavy metal/rock music and action movies will be remembered and live on in his children.
The family would like to thank Dr. Reid Cameron and the staff at the Hornepayne Community Hospital for their unmatched care and kindness toward Mike in his many years living there. Donations can be made in memory to Hornepayne Community Hospital.
Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
