BRAZEAU, Maurice Albert “Moe”
Maurice Brazeau died peacefully, surrounded by family, at North Bay Regional Health Center on March 19, 2020. He was in his 95th year. Moe was predeceased by his wife Clara Brazeau 1923-2018). He was the beloved father of Valerie Hickey (Mike) of Powassan, Joe Brazeau (Monique) of Parry Sound and Bill Brazeau (Karen) of St. Charles. Grandpa will be remembered by his grandchildren Moe Hickey (Christine), Heather Hickey, Jeff Brazeau (Emma), Melissa Jacklin (Brad), Shawn Brazeau, Nicholas Brazeau (Anna), Ryan Brazeau, Timothy Brazeau and his great-grandchildren Carter Hickey, Megan Hickey, Clara Hickey, Kolton Jacklin, Kurtis Jacklin, Hunter Brazeau and Issac Brazeau. In light of the current health concerns and with regard to our dad’s wishes, visitation will not be held. Cremation has taken place with interment of ashes at St. Mary’s Mausoleum at a later date. Maurice’s family would like to express their appreciation to the nursing staff at the North Bay Regional Health Center and to the wonderful staff of Home Instead. A celebration of life will be announced. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation are suggested.
