Matthew “Sugarbear” Blackmore
1983-2020
Blackmore – The death
occurred at his late residence, in Montreal, QC, on Friday, November
6, 2020, of Matthew “Sugarbear” Blackmore, formerly of PEI,
aged 37 years. Born in Port aux Basque, NL, he was the son of Francine
(Gallant) and the late James Blackmore. Survived by his special friend
Jess Paulhus; son Kaiden Godfrey; brother Gerald Blackmore; sister
Annette (Chris) Huskins; his service dog Myva; his Montreal family;
and by his large extended family. Resting at Moase Funeral Home,
Summerside, where a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations to PEI Humane Society or Diabetes Canada would be
appreciated.
