Mrs. Mary Vancoillie, a lifelong resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the age of 84 years. She was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Peter and Mathilda (Peters) Bogaart. Beloved wife of the late Julien Vancoillie. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Joe (Anne Marie) Vancoillie and Francis Vancoillie. Loving grandmother of Cloey, Sara, Samantha, Andrew and Brittney. Kind sister and sister-in-law of Annie (the late Jerome) Everaert, John (Doreen) Bogaart, Jacqueline (the late Ed) Vancoillie, Eliza DeCock and the late Charles (the late Helen) Vancoillie. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Our Lady of Help CWL for many years. The late Mary Vancoillie is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg. Family and Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday, January 13, 2020 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. CWL prayers Monday at 3:30 pm at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 2pm from Our Lady Of Help Church. Following her wishes cremation will follow the mass and her ashes will be interred in Riverview Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Knights of Columbus Hall Building Fund may be left at the funeral home.
