Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on December 10, 2020. Mary Hanink, at the age of 101 years. Predeceased by her former husbands the late Hap Wingfield and Sam Hanink. Survived by her three daughters, Janet (Ray) Gilroy, Barbara Howard (Nickie) and Phyllis Knapp. Fondly remembered by her six grandchildren Gregg Brennan (Alix), Emily Morrison (Andrew), Ben Knapp (Tina), Jordan and Lacey Knapp (Luke) and Shannon Howard (James). Also survived by seven great grandchildren. Predeceased by her two sisters Joan and Goldie and a brother Edward Nagy.
A private family service will be held at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged. Thank you to the Rosedale Retirement Centre and Staff for all their care while Mary had made her home for the last seven years. As well a thank you to the A C U Unit at the BGH.
