Obituary for Mary Elizabeth Culver
It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our wonderful mother Mary Culver (nee Fava) on December 6, 2020 in her 83rd year surrounded by family.
Mary was predeceased by her husband of 37years, Albert, the love of her life, and is survived by her children Theresa (Gene), Brenda (the late Ken Watson) and Joanna (Steve), as well as her 6 grandchildren; Brieanne, Cristian, Rosemary, Edward, Isabella, and Cameron, and 1 great grandchild Bradley.
Born and raised in Toronto, Mary had a long and successful Real Estate career as well as being a registered Property Appraiser and was passionate about her volunteer work with the Toronto Celiac Association.
She enjoyed gardening throughout her life and took pride hosting many family gatherings both at home and at the cottage on Jack Lake.
Never sitting still she took night classes on computer technology and small engine repair in her retirement.
Mary was a strong woman who had an amazing gift of seeing the humour in the darkest of circumstances. Her joyful spirit and generous, kind heart will be sadly missed by family & friends.
Thank you to the staff at Bendale Acres for their exceptional care.
