Memorial Donation
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Ann Hayes announce her passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center in Stephenville Crossing on March 23rd, 2020 at the age of 90 years. She leaves to mourn her two brothers James Richard Hayes 3rd ( Mary) in Ottawa, Patrick Hayes (Lillian) in Ontario, and a large number of nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grandnephews, who always felt like her own children.
She is predeceased by her sisters June Silver, Bride Tompkins, Frances Byrne and Honora Mac Pherson and her brother Michael Hayes, and one very close niece, Theresa. At this time there will be no formal visitation or funeral service. A memorial will be scheduled for a later date.
Her family would like to acknowledge their appreciation to the staff at BSGLTC center, Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, the Acadian Village, Russell’s Funeral Home, and a very special friend, Dinah.
Mary will be remembered for her faith, her many acts of kindness and giving, and her love of music.
