1946-2020
Marvin Anderson, husband of Susan Anderson (Whirty) passed
away at the Charlotte County Hospital, St Stephen, NB on Friday,
December 25, 2020.
Born in St. Stephen, NB., son of the late Phillip and Evelyn
(Scott) Anderson
Marvin is survived by his wife, son, Malcolm Anderson of
Toronto ON, daughter, Lisa (John) Lewis of Sus NB.,step-son,
Stephen (Jennifer) Gibson of Saint John, NB., step-daughter, Mary-Beth
(Joseph) Sharpe of St. Stephen, NB., thirteen grandchildren, to
great-grandchildren, sisters: Joyce (Walter) Fairweather, Patricia
Leavitt and Beatrice (Leo) McLaughlin, all of
Lawrence Station, NB., brothers: Gordon Anderson of St.
Stephen, NB., Brian (Marjorie) of Lawrence Station, Talmadge (Kathy)
of St. Stephen, Steven Anderson of Lawrence Station, Johnny (Carla) of
Lawrence Station and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his
daughter, Sheila, son, Marvin “Marty”, brother,
Robert, and nephews: Michael, Christopher, and
Owen.
The family will receive friends at The S. O. Mehan &
Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St Stephen, NB. on Sunday,
December 27, 2020 from 2-4 PM. A private funeral service will be
held.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, please
keep in mind that masks are mandatory and social distancing is
strongly encouraged for the visitation at the funeral
home.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Marvin may be made
to the New Brunswick Lung Association or a charity of one’s
choice.
