Martin John Wasuita
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father and grandfather on Sunday, December 27, 2020, at the age of 88 years.
Martin is survived by his five children, Tony Wasuita (Yvonne), Joe Wasuita (Candise), Joyce Wasuita, Linda Stark and Grace Irons. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Taylor and Chad Wasuita, Thomas Wasuita, Laura Wasuita, Christina, Randy and Kevin Stark and Joshua and Emily Irons. He is also survived by one brother, Edward Wasuita (Frieda); sister-in-law, Connie Bjorkquist (Vic); brother-in-law, John Doyle (Virginia); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Anton and Josephine Wasuita; brothers, Frank and Victor; sisters, Virginia Doyle and Jean Stevenson; and niece, Carol Wasuita.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Miller Crossing Extended Care who provided extraordinary care for him for the last three years.
We are grateful for the wonderful memories and know that his spirit and character will live on through his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Park Memorial Funeral Home. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a private service will be held following the visitation. For those wishing to view the service, it will be live-streamed at www.parkmemorial.com
