Obituary
Marlene was born on September 22, 1952 in Lacombe, AB., and grew up on the family farm near Turtleford, SK. She married Steve Kozinski on August 21, 1971 and farming continued to be the preferred way of life as they lived on their current farm near St. Walburg since 1980. Marlene’s final wishes were to spend her final hours on the farm she loved so much.
Friends and family meant the world to her, along with her special love for gardening and her flowers. Marlene loved to camp at Brightsand and later at Candle Lake with her mom and friends while Randy attended Camp Thunderbird. We will never forget her never ending need to have a garage sale. Marlene always tried to put the needs of others before her own even during her final
She is predeceased by: her father, James Cockburn (1995); and her brother-in-law, Wayne Hauck.
Marlene is survived by: her husband, Steve Kozinski; her mother, Alma Cockburn; her brother, Ken (Corrine) Cockburn; her sisters, Cheryl Knight, Linda Hauck, and Laurie (Jerry) Debrowny; her sons, Dan (Tara) and their children, Zack and Kalin; Rob (Marsha) and their children, Tyler and Avery, Darin (Chantal) and their children, Alyssa, Jaxson and Aliyah, and Randy Kozinski.days on earth. She will always be our guardian angel. God bless you daughter, mom, wife, auntie and friend.
