Marjorie Aileen (Creamer) Carroll
1941-2020
Marjorie Aileen (Creamer) Carroll, wife of the late James Donald (Duck) Carroll of Douglastown, passed away at her residence on Friday, October 9th, 2020 at the age of 79. Born in Nelson-Miramichi, NB, Marjorie is the daughter of the late Hubert and Cecilia (McLean) Creamer.
Marjorie was a homemaker and an avid Bingo player. Marjorie also worked at the Bank of Commerce in Ontario for many years.
Marjorie is survived by two daughters: Tracy (Scott) Walsh and Jodee (Chris) Larochelle, both of Douglastown, NB; two sons: John (Wendy) Carroll and Jimmy (Heather) Carroll, both of Douglastown, NB; two sisters: Carmel Doyle of Miramichi, NB and Eleanor Kingston of C.I. Road, NB; one brother: Ken Creamer (Kay) of Prescott, ON; eight grandchildren: Ashley Carroll, Bradley Carroll, Crystal Carroll, Michael Carroll, Samantha Larochelle, Emilie Larochelle, Courtney Walsh and Wesley Walsh, one great grandson: Benny Millett; five brothers in law: Fred (Edith) Carroll, Keith (Judy) Carroll, Harry Mullin, Joe Craig and Pat Duthie; three sisters in law: Joyce Gordon, Lucy (Trevor) Smith and Connie Carroll, as well as several nieces and nephews. Marjorie will also be missed by her fur grandbabies Zoe, Charlie and Vader.
Marjorie is predeceased by her husband: James Donald (Duck) Carroll; four sisters: Betty Mullin, Davida Craig, Shirley Creamer and Audrey Duthie as well as two brothers: Emmanuel and infant David.
Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi on Tuesday, October 13th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Samuel’s Roman Catholic Church, Douglastown, on Wednesday, October 14th at 11 AM.
Please note: masks will be mandatory at both the visitation and funeral service.
As expressions of sympathy, in Marjorie’s memory, donations may be made to St. Samuel’s Roman Catholic Church.
