Obituary
Hodder, Marion Sylvia (July 2, 1939 – April 9, 2020) – Passed away peacefully in the presence of her family at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Marion was the most kind, loving, beautiful, intelligent, and gentle person. She had a passion for books and music with opera and classical being her most favorite. Her family was her pride and joy and she cherished every moment with them.
Predeceased by her parents Ernest and May Kelly. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Bill; son Colin (Angela); grandchildren: Raef, Brieann, Devin, Kara, and Kayla; as well as many other friends and family. A special thank you to the staff at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home for their exceptional care and support.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no public visitation or service at this time. A service to celebrate Marion’s life will take place at a later date. In lieu of visitation, the family and staff of Barrett’s Funeral Home encourage people to post their condolences, share photos, and tributes by visiting the online memorial guestbook at www.barretts.ca.
