Day, Marion Irene (nee Harvey)
Died peacefully on Wednesday December 23, 2020 at the Bay Haven Senior Care Community in her 80th year. Marion, formerly of Stayner, beloved wife of the late Vernon Day for over 58 years. Loving mother of Doug (Elizabeth), Patty Neeley and Lynda (David Cousins). Cherished grandmother of Lucas, Calem and Seth Day, Thomas Wilson and Bruce and Michelle Cousins. Marion is survived by her siblings Eric (Barb) Harvey, Dorothy (the late Ray Wyant) and Harold (the late Jean) Harvey and predeceased by siblings Paul (Dora), Margaret (Ernie Peverill), Lloyd (Dora) and Linda Harvey and her parents Charles and Mildred Harvey. Marion was a devoted mother and worked side by side with Vernon on the family farm. She also dedicated many years to the Red Cross. She will be dearly missed. The family will gather for a private graveside service at Stayner Union Cemetery officiated by Pastor Rob Harwood of Stayner Evangelical Missionary Church.
