It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one, Marion Button, at Bonnews Lodge, Brookfield on Thursday November 26, 2020 at the age of 84 years.
Predeceased by husband Edwin, son Eric, parents Percy and Delilah Rogers, brother Walter; sisters Marie Hunt, Pearl Hunt, Hilda and Leah Rogers.
Left with fond and loving memories are her sons Percy (Wanda), George (Mary Ann), John (Ida), Harvey (Christine), daughter Melissa (Melvin), daughter-in-Law Shonaine Button. Brother Joseph (Mona), sisters Eva (Jerry), Daisy (Enos), Leah (Lewis), sister-in-Law Susie Rogers (Walter-deceased), sister-in-Law Alfreda Rogers (Earl), Nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
She also leaves to mourn a large circle of extended family and friends and especially her church family.
Marion was a very kind and gentle soul who was adored by her family and took pleasure in the simple life, her loving ways will be missed by many, she loved her God and her family.
Visitation by invitation will take place at Pritchett’s Funeral Home under the Covid-19 protocols.
Funeral Service will take place from the Anglican church in Hare Bay TBA!!!
Interment to follow at the Hare Bay/Dover Anglican Cemetery.
