Obituary
Peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at the Cornwall Community Hospital-McConnell Site, Cornwall, Marion Anne Gallinger of Morrisburg; age 74 years. Beloved wife of Denzil Gallinger for twenty-seven years. Cherished mother of Zainna Lewis of Ottawa, Cameron (Christina) Glennon of Graz, Austria and Jason (Cindy) Glennon of Iroquois. Dear sister of Raymond (Diane) Decaire of Lethbridge, AB and Marlyn Decaire of Saskatoon, SK. Predeceased by her parents Winnifred Della (nee Bray), Louis Joseph Dicaire and siblings Larry, Brian, Diane, Mark and Joyce Decaire. Before retirement Marion worked as a hairdresser from her home and was also a caregiver for many years. Besides being a loving companion to Denzil she enjoyed getting out shopping but that was bargain hunting at garage sales. It delighted her to shop for others as well.
A graveside service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2020 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Ingleside. Memorial donations to the Cornwall Community Hospital gratefully acknowledged.
