Obituary
POLLARD, Marilyn (nee Greeley) – It is with deep sadness that we, the Pollard family, announce the peaceful passing of Marilyn Pollard (nee Greeley) on Friday, August 28, 2020. Left to mourn are her loving husband Gary Pollard; daughters: Amy Pollard and Stephanie Pollard (Michael); granddaughter Emma; sister Dianne Brewer (Dave); brother Wallace Greeley (Karalynne); sister in laws: Jenny Akhurst (Brian) and Kim Howard (Kevin); brother in laws: David Pollard (Karen) and Jim Pollard (Maureen); and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Predeceased by her parents Allan Greeley and Elizabeth Greeley; brother Garry Greeley; sister in laws Marie Greeley and Peggy Schut (Frank). Cremation has taken place. Marilyn will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her. A special thank you to Marilyn’s friends and colleagues at the Ross Family Medical Clinic, the staff at the Transplant Centre in the QE II Health Sciences Centre in Halifax, and the staff at the Hematology & Ambulatory Treatment Centers at the Health Sciences Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marilyn’s memory to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. Blood donations at Canadian Blood Services are also appreciated.
