1938-2020
Marie E. Morehouse of Zealand, NB passed away on November 5, 2020 at
Hospice Fredericton. Marie was born on July 17, 1938 at Zealand, NB a
daughter of the late Allison and Almina (Guiggey) Brewer.
She is survived by her husband, Oscar Morehouse; a son Jimmy Morehouse
(Andrea); four grandchildren, Ashton, Alaina, Alysha and Ajay; three
sisters, Jocelyn Brewer (Dale), Violet Crouse (Harold) and Doris
LeBretton; two brothers, Carson Brewer (Valerie) and Allison Brewer
(Deborah); two sisters-in-law, Shirley Morehouse (Stanley) and Phyllis
Morehouse (Donald); a brother-in-law, Laurel Morehouse; an uncle Floyd
Guiggey (Lillian); a special niece Roxanne Brewer (Terrance); several
other nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son Rocky and
five sisters, Zula Brewer and infants Christina, Amber, Virtue and
Carolyn.
Visiting hours will be held at Stone Ridge Pentecostal Church, 129
Upper Stone Ridge Road, NB on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm with
social distancing respected. A funeral service (by invitation only)
will be held at the church on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 2 pm with
Rev. Terrance Brewer and Rev. Ed Guiggey officiating. Interment at
Hilltop Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Morehouse, Jocelyn Brewer, Roxanne Brewer,
Johnny Brewer, Randy Brewer and Skip Brewer.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Marie, the family
has suggested the Stone Ridge Pentecostal Church or Hospice
Fredericton.
