Margaret Ella Mayer
1926-2020
Margaret Mayer of Riverview passed away on Thursday, August
20, 2020 at Lakeview Manor Nursing Home. Born in Moncton,
she was the daughter of the Late William and Lillian Wry.
Fall was her favorite time of the year. She enjoyed baking and
gardening and loved being a hostess and entertaining friends and
family at her home.
She will be dearly missed by daughter Shelley Jardine, sister
in law Carol Mayer and grandchildren Jeremie Mayer and Madison
Cote. She was predeceased by husband Jack Mayer, daughter
Deborah Mayer, sisters Shirley and Eileen and a brother
Bill.
Margaret’s family will be receiving friends and
relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330
Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007) on Sunday August 23, 2020 from 2
– 4 pm (2-3 for seniors
over 65 and 3-4 for the general public.) Masks are
encouraged. A graveside committal service
will be Monday August 24, 2020 at 12:30 at Fair Haven Cemetery with
Rev. Ron Kammerman presiding. Donations made to the Heart
and Stroke would be greatly appreciated by her family.
