Margaret’s Obituary
It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Marg Hearn. We are grateful for the full life our Mother, Grand, and Great Grandmother gave us.
Marg passed away peacefully on Friday April 10, 2020 after spending the better part of her 83rd year in the compassionate care of the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Hospital. Marg was born in Winnipeg Manitoba in the year of 3 Kings, August 24,1936. She was the 3rd child born to Frank and Eva Baldwin. In 1944 after the passing of her husband Frank, Granny Baldwin moved Aunt Doreen, Mom and Uncle Tom to Saskatoon which enabled Tom to attend the School for the Deaf. Mom spent the rest of her youth schooling in Saskatoon, and spending the summers between Winnipeg, Manitoba and Lac Lu, Ontario.
In 1957 or early 1958 Marg met Bill Hearn! Bill having 2 children form a previous marriage, they went on to have 5 more. Marg is survived by all 7 of their children, Barb of Maple Ridge, Jim (Maura) of Langley, Duane (Lynn)of Saskatoon, Fred (Lisa) of Ear Falls, Mike (Dana) of Balmertown, Patrick (Kent) of Saskatoon, Karen (Jason) of Ear Falls, and their children and family’s which include 24 Grandchildren and 29 Great Grand kids.
Marg is also survived by Brother inlaw Bob (Anne) of Ottawa, her cousins, and numerous nieces, and nephews and a few chosen people she called her kids.
Marg was predeceased by her husband Bill 1987, her parents Frank 1940, Eva 1969, her sisters Ruth 1987, Doreen 1985, her brother Tom 2019.
In addition to all the Healthcare providers that have taken care of our Mother over the years we would also like to very much thank Lesley and Laurie for all you did in the last few months of Mom’s life.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
