1963 – 2020
It is with great sadness that the family of Madison Chamberlain announce her sudden passing on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the age of 56.
Madison will be lovingly remembered by her children, Joshua (Talya) and Chelsea (Joshua); her grandchildren, Isaiah, Micah, and Henry; her brother, Lee (Gwen); and her sisters, Charlene (Eileen) and Brenda (Harvey).
She was predeceased by her parents, Ethel (2016) and David (2003).
Madison’s passion for cosmetology was renowned in the Winnipeg and surrounding area with a specialty in hair design and restoration. She was also a dedicated instructor at Scientific Marvel Beauty School in Winnipeg for several years, where she shared her passion to her many students. Another passion of hers was cooking and baking and she passed it onto her children. Spending an afternoon cooking was a delight for her, as well as Christmas baking with her grandchildren.
A private celebration of her life will be held on January 18, 2020. She will be interned in Colonsay, Saskatchewan with her parents in the summer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Madison’s name can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada (kidney.ca).
The family wishes to send a special thank-you to the staff at the Dialysis Ward at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre. Your caring and support will always be remembered.
