Madeleine Rose Ranger passed away peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital. Beloved daughter of the late Agnes (nee MacDonald) and Emile Ranger as well as sister Therese (Proulx) all of Cornwall. She is survived by her brother-in-law Robert Proulx and nieces (Suzanne, Liette & Shirley) and nephews (Marc, Luc & Daniel) and their respective spouses and children. She was a great “matante” to all.
Madeleine spent her working life in Montreal as an executive assistant for various firms and hospitals. She lived life with zest, always good-natured, good hearted, very giving, thoughtful and a real classy lady. She was extremely passionate of animals and worked tirelessly to provide for many. She will be missed by all who knew her.
As per her wishes, Madeleine was cremated and will be interred with her parents at Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall in the spring. Donations may be made to the Humane Society in her honour.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Madeleine Ranger February 20 2020..

The same group always went to the local TMR Christmas party – an annual fun event that Madeleine missed this year. Losing Madeleine is an unexpected shock. She was always good for laughs and happy chatter. Somehow things won’t be the same without her. We all feel as though we know her family as
Madeline would speak often of you all. Such a sad time for so many.
