August 17, 1932 – January 7, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Mabel Ruth Temple at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on January 7, 2020 in her 87th year. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Joy Hunt (Ches), Roy Temple (Angela), Jerry Temple (Bernadette), Bruce Temple (Rosemarie) and special niece Major Linda Bradbury (Clarence); grandchildren: Tammy (Keith), Jerry, Mark (Lisa), Veronica, Andrew(Jenalyn), Venessa (Blair), Cindy (Chris), Ashley (David); great grandchildren: Sydney, Cody, Cassidy, Morgan, MacKenzie, Jasmine, Kevin, Cameron and special cousin Justin (Angie) and his family Josiah, Samantha, Hannah, as well she will be missed by her very good friend Joan Ellsworth and many relatives from both the Hussey and Temple families. We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to her homecare workers Tammy, April and Patsy. She was predeceased by her husband Malcolm Temple in 1999, parents James and Mary Hussey, 3 sisters and 4 brothers. Visitation will be held Thursday and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 at Fillatre’s Funeral Home 218 Curling Street. The funeral service will be held 2 PM Saturday, January 11th, 2020 from the Salvation Army Temple, O’Connell Drive with Major Frank Pittman officiating, followed by the interment Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army Temple.
