It is with great sadness that the family of Emil Joseph Lubasz announce his passing on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 69. Emil immigrated to Toronto, ON, Canada as an infant. There he met his wife and they had two children. After making their way to Vancouver, BC, they had another child. Eventually, they moved to Kelowna, BC in 1985. Emil was a hard worker in the roofing industry, and he loved fishing and hunting and playing the guitar.
Emil will be sadly missed by his wife Susan; children Monica (Troy), Emil Jr. and Aiden; grandchildren Ryder and Ariah; as well as his sisters Eva and Yulanda. He was predeceased by his parents Emil Sr. and Eva, and his son Jay.
Gone but not forgotten.
