Lowell’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Lowell Gordon Sheppard announce his passing at the Western Long Term Care Palliative Care on Monday, August 10, 2020, with his loving wife by his side, in his 87th year. He leaves to mourn with his wife, Betty, of 39 years, his daughters: Laurie Danks (Craig), Linda Blanchard (Scott), his precious grandchildren: Nicholas & Spencer Danks, Joshua & Jordan Blanchard, Granddaughters: Mandy Park (Robby), Caitie Costa (Rue); his fur baby, Pepper also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends. The family wishes to express a huge thank you to his caregivers for their kindness and compassion for Lowell. The staff nurses and doctors of the Palliative Care Unit for being so devoted to his family and to Lowell in his final days. A private family visitation and service will be held with Rev. William Bellamy officiating. Interment to take place at St. Nicholas Anglican Cemetery Cox’s Cove. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations can be made to the St. Nicholas Church Fund in Cox’s Cove.
