Louis Mazerolle
1951-2020
RICHIBUCTO, NB – Louis Mazerolle 69, of Richibucto
passed away at his residence on Friday, August 21, 2020.
Born in Richibucto, he was the son of the late Albert Mazerolle and
late Henriette (Vautour) Mazerolle. Before retiring, Louis
was employed at the Coop Hardware Store in Richibucto for many
years. He was the past president of the Richibucto Scallop
Festival, past president of Conseil Recreatif, a member of the
Richibucto Lions Club, a volunteer for St. John Ambulance and he was a
self taught artist – a painter.
Louis will be sadly missed by his two sisters, Jeanne
Mazerolle of Cocagne, Caroline Arsenault (late Omer) of Rexton; two
brothers, Elie Mazerolle (Paulette) of Rexton, Simon Mazerolle (Marie)
of Richibouctou-Village and many nieces and
nephews.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home
in Richibucto on Friday from 2:00 pm until time of the
funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August
28, 2020 at 4:00 pm, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in
Richibucto.
