Passed away peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 with her daughter and grandson-in-law by her side. Lottie Ellis Francis (nee Ross) formerly of Barrington Nova Scotia at age 84. Pre-deceased by her husband Milton Francis and by her daughters Bonnie Francis and Darlene Nickerson. Dear loving mother of Kelly Rose (Dale) of Napanee, Ontario and Larry Francis (Deborah) of Edmonton, Alberta and also mother of Shirley Rose of Kingston, Ontario and Sandra Kenny and Randy Frances of Nova Scotia. Sister of Evelyn Brannon (Emerson) and George Ross and the late Herman; Duncan; Phillip; Forest; Pearl; Grace and Cassie. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service was at Huskilson Funeral Home, Barrington, Nova Scotia on Monday, March 9 at 2:00 p.m. with interment at Brass Hill Cemetery in Barrington.
