FRANCIS, Lottie Ellis – Age 84, passed away peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 with her daughter and grandson-in-law by her side. Lottie Ellis Francis (nee Ross) formerly of Barrington Nova Scotia Pre-deceased by her husband, Milton Francis and by her daughters, Bonnie Francis and Darlene Nickerson. Dear loving mother of Kelly Rose (Dale) of Napanee, Ontario and Larry Francis (Deborah) of Edmonton, Alberta and also mother of Shirley Rose of Kingston, and Sandra Kenny and Randy Francis of Nova Scotia. Sister of Evelyn Brannon (Emerson) and George Ross and the late Herman; Duncan; Phillip; Forest; Pearl; Grace and Cassie. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9 at 2:00 p.m. from the H.M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Barrington with Pastor Derek Melanson officiating. Interment will take place in Brass Hill Cemetery. Donations can be made to any charity of choice.
