Mrs. Lorna Gardner of Melita, passed away at the Willowview PCH, Reston, MB. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the age of 86.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard; sons, Jim & Kevin; son-in-law, Larry Townsend; parents, Norman & Thelma Ramsay; brother in infancy, Allan Ramsay.
Lorna is survived by her three daughters, Kathryne Townsend, Sheila (Kendon) Campbell, and Dolores (Kevin) Caldwell; five grandchildren: Bryce Campbell (Steven Day), Curtis (Janelle) Campbell, Nicholas Campbell (Becky Reid), Amber (Tyler) Culbertson, and Meghan Caldwell (Morgan Hainsworth); four great-granddaughters: Lenore Campbell, Madelynn Campbell, Jami Culbertson, and Ivy Mae Reid; and brother, Eldon Ramsay.
A funeral service for Lorna will be held at the Melita Presbyterian Church, Melita, on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 1:00 pm with Reverend Barb Alston officiating. A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow at the Melita Drop In following the service. A family interment will take place at the Lauder cemetery.
Donations may be given to the Lauder Cemetery Memorial Fund, Box 66 Lauder, MB. R0M 1C0, Melita Presbyterian Church, Box 959 Melita, MB. R0M 1L0 or to the charity of your choice.
