LILY GERYLO
December 23, 1928 – November 18, 2020
Our family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our mom and Baba at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. Lily was fiercely protective of her family. She loved and supported her children and grandchildren in all the important ways. She knew where to be and what to do. Nobody ever left her house hungry.
Lily was predeceased by her husband William, her parents Frances and Peter Bretchka, her sisters Mary, Annie, Helen, and Florence and brothers Martin and Victor. She will be lovingly missed by her son Gary (Kathy) and their children Danika and Mikhail and her daughter Diana (Stuart) and their children Marty and Calli. Thank you to the B2 staff at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg who showed such compassion and tenderness in taking of our mom and Baba. At her request, cremation has taken place and the family will honour Lily privately. In lieu of donations, please pay a kindness forward in Lily’s name.
We will miss you, Baba but are so happy we had you for so long. Have fun playing bingo with Gigi.
