Lillian Mary Flewelling 19362020

Lillian Mary Flewelling
1936-2020
It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful
passing of Lillian Mary Flewelling at her home in Woodstock. Born May
26, 1936 in Nortondale, NB to Robert and Laura Draper, Lillian spent
the majority of her life in this area. She married Kenneth Flewelling
on April 30, 1954 enjoying many years of faithful marriage until his
death in 2007. They had two children together, Michael Robert (Debra)
and Danica Dawn (who died in infancy.) Lillian was predeceased by her
husband, parents, and two brothers (Robert Jr. and Dean). Besides her
son she is survived by siblings (Glenna Ketch of Woodstock, Margaret
Liversidge (Jones) of Maine, and Richard Draper of Nova Scotia) and
their spouses, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren,
many other relatives/friends, and a host of folks at her apartment
complex, all of whom she enjoyed as her faithful friends in her later
years. Lillian was known as a woman who was independent, spunky, and
fiercely loyal. If Lillian was in your corner, you had a friend
indeed. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved
her.
By request there will be no visitation. A
graveside service and interment for Lillian will be held on Wednesday,
July 1, 2020 at the Woodstock Rural
Cemetery at 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a
memorial of the donor’s choice.
