Leslie’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Leslie Walter Jesso of Boswarlos, NL on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL, at the age of 85 years.
He leaves to mourn with loving memories: wife Marie; children: Gary, Judy (Gary “Gigs”) Dunville, and Blaine (Doreen Nurse); grandchildren: Evan Dunville (Ashley Fudge), Marsha Dunville (Sam Guittard), Carson Dunville (Emily Paris), and Berlin Jesso (Pat Young); great grandchildren: Hailey-Rose Dunville, Sophia Paisley Young, and Violet Ann Dunville; sisters: Maize (Gordon) Bennett, Mable Short, Sheila (Fred) Hiscock, Linda Jesso, and Viola Jesso; brothers: Larry (Gloria), Russell, and Verdon (Marilyn); as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
Leslie was predeceased by: parents Hazel and Stanley Jesso; brother Boyd Jesso; and sisters: Joyce O’Quinn, Greta Martin, and baby Isabelle.
Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family service will be held at the United Church, Stephenville.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leslie’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
