Obituary of Leona Shaw
Peacefully at the Central Place, on Sunday, September 20th, 2020. Leona Catherine Shaw (nee Millman), of Owen Sound, in her 98th year.
Loving mother of Wayne Ritchie (Darlene) and Mother-In-Law of Dinie Ritchie. Dear sister of Margarite Jones, Thelma Bailey, Dorothy Kingston and Cam Millman. Cherished by her 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her; husbands Earl Shaw and Spencer Ritchie, her son Murray Ritchie, and her parents William and Wilhelmina Millman. Leona was a proud long-time member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Owen Sound Legion Branch 6.
A private memorial service for Leona will be held at Boyd Cemetery. Due to Covid 19, attendance restrictions will apply. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society as an expression of sympathy.
