Leona Elaine Gardiner
Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital (G.S.S.) on Tuesday February 4th, 2020. Leona Gardiner age 74 years of Athens. Beloved daughter of the late Cecil Gardiner and the former Luella Livingston. Loving sister of Carolyn Pruner (Ken Coleman) of Brockville, Doreen Gardiner of Athens and Reginald Gardiner (Faye) of Brockville. Special aunt of Paula Murray (Mike), Carrie McCann (Kevin) and Jason Gardiner. Also survived by 3 great nieces, Shania Cole, Marie Pruner and Chole McCann. Leona is also survived by her special extended family, Michaelann Wright (Eric), Mark Briggs (Tenika), Eric Briggs (Maranda) and Kaitlin Briggs (Andrew Kendall ). Predeceased by a brother-in-law, Paul Pruner of Brockville.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Monday February 17th, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A Celebration of Leona’s Life will be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Glen Elbe Cemetery in the Spring. In memoriams to the Brockville & District Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
